Georgia property tour: see the properties before you buy
A short trip to Batumi and Tbilisi to see the property market for yourself: up-to-date data, viewings of developments and apartments, meetings with developers and legal checks. Organised by the Italian Chamber of Commerce, with no obligation to buy.
Our Georgia property tour is a 3-5 day trip for anyone thinking about buying in Batumi or Tbilisi. We present the market with 2026 data, view developments and apartments selected for your budget and goal, meet developers and explain the checks to make before signing. There is no obligation to buy.
Buying abroad from photos and videos alone is risky. On our Georgia property tour you see the properties in person, get to know the neighbourhoods, talk to developers and understand how the purchase works, before you decide.
The tour is organised by the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Georgia, with our Batumi office and our Tbilisi team. It mixes viewings with free time: a real trip, not just a string of appointments.
Why buy property in Georgia
Foreigners can buy apartments and non-agricultural property in their own name, with a fast procedure. Prices are still low compared with Europe and rental yields are high.
Yields are gross: taxes, management and empty months reduce them. All the data in Real estate investment in Georgia.
